REFUND, REPLACEMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
Users are not eligible for returns unless the product does not function right when the User unpacks the product. Users may be permitted to return the product within 5-10 days from receipt of the product.
RETURN FOR PRODUCTS
Users shall intimate customer care within 5-10 days from delivery else shall not be eligible for return
Users shall be required to contact the customer support team of the Website and App and generate an issue to obtain a Return Identification Number.
For offline users, they can return the product directly to the shop where they purchased the same. In the event of rejection by the shopkeeper, the User has to claim the return by contacting our customer support executive and raising a complaint. After getting approval from customer support, the User shall courier the product to the Website and App along with its original packaging. Online Users shall reach customer support executive, raise a complaint and upon approval from customer support, the User shall courier the product to the Website and App along with its original packaging.
TIME FOR REFUND
Every Refund shall be made directly into the bank account of the User from where the original payment took place. No full refund shall be provided and the Website and App shall deduct a certain amount by way of service costs (if no manual damage is found) and transport expenses. After receiving the product from the customer, analysing the product takes 3-5 working days. After this, Refunds shall take 7-10 working days to be initiated and refunded amounts may take up to 15 (30-45)days to reflect in User accounts. (we will send the refund process status through email to the customers)
